Frequently asked questions
You have questions, we have answers!
Do I need to be home during the service? No. We will service your yard as long as we can access your yard and if your pet is inside the house. If your gate is locked and no one is home to let us in, we will charge for the service that could not be completed.
How does billing work for recurring services? Turd Titans accepts most credit cards. We charge your card on file after each service, not monthly.
What areas do you serve for pet waste removal? We proudly serve Pearland, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Alvin, League City, Pasadena & South Houston.
What do you do if there's an issue with the service? We strive for excellent service every time. If you experience any issues or have feedback, please contact us immediately, and we’ll address it promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
How do you handle bad weather? Safety is one of our top priorities. Not just for you and your dogs but also for our team. If weather conditions are not safe to work in, such as heavy rain or thunder and lightening, we will postpone service to the following day. If we are unable to service your yard the following day we will be back out to service your yard on your next scheduled service date.
Do I need to secure my dog in the house while my yard gets cleaned? No, unless you know your dog is aggressive or can potentially harm one of our pooper scoopers. This policy protects us and you from being held liable for injuries sustained during the service visit. We love happy dogs in the yard.
How do I know my dog is safe outside or won't escape? Once your yard is poop free your scoop technician will upload a photo of your closed gate to make sure no dogs get outside of the yard. This photo will be texted to you. They will also spray down all of their scooping equipment with an organic kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of illness.
Do I need to sign a contract? No. By initiating services online or verbally by phone you agree to our “service agreement” which allows us to enter your backyard. It also states that the customer can cancel service at any time with as little as 48 hours’ notice. Reference "Terms of Service" page for details.
Why do I need to have my dog's poop scooped? Dog poop despite being so prevalent in the backyards of any dog owner is full of dangerous bacteria that can spread to other dogs. Campylobacteriosis, Salmonella and E. Coli are among bacterial culprits found in dog poop. Parasites like tapeworms, roundworms and hookworms can also live in your dog’s feces. Most dangerously and infamous is Parvovirus, causing horrible pain for puppies and can kill them.
How often can I schedule dog waste removal services? We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time scoop dog waste removal services to ensure a clean yard. We offer customizable packages to meet your needs.
Do I need to leave my gate unlocked? Our pooper scoopers need access to your yard on the day of service. If we cannot enter your yard and perform our service because the gate is locked, you will still be charged for the trip. If you prefer, we can loan you a combination lock for the gate at no charge to you.
Do you offer one-time only services? We do! If you would like a one-time service visit for a party or social gathering, please contact us at least 3 business days prior to your event. Pricing may vary.
